Our intrepid Freetown Director Sonia Koroma led the SGUW team attending this continent wide conference held in Freetown over the last three days. They went to break out sessions on policy, legislative changes, youth activism and efforts to stop gender base violence and heard leaders from forty nations discuss women's health and human rights.

One last selfie to remember the conference, someone always closes their eyes right at the last minute. I am proud to see SGUW at the 10th Annual Africa Conference on Sexual Health and Wellness. I'm sure the participants from SGUW got much from the conference and meeting with many others working hard to reduce sexual violence. The Best to you, Board Member Molly Power
